17-19 BI-LO Myrtle Beach Marathon -The Marathon Committee is pleased to have the Myrtle Beach House of Blues sponsor the Marathon Relay. The relay will be known as the House of Blues Myrtle Beach Marathon Relay. 24-29 The Atlantic Bike Festival -Black Bike Week is not only the largest black bike festival in the world but it’s also the largest black beach week event period. Every Memorial Day Weekend (May 26-May 29, 2006) over 350,000 bikers travel to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for fun, food, festivities and more.
